We recruit the editors for American English Experts from top universities. These editors are selected based on their fluency in English, firm grasp on English grammar, and extensive editing skills. All of our editors have a bachelor’s degree or higher in English, English Editing, or related fields.

Yes, we can provide an American English Experts certificate that serves as verification that your document has been edited by our staff and meets our quality standards. In fact, you can download the editing certificate for each of your projects from your customer account.
How does your guarantee work?

Are weekends included in your turnaround time?
Yes, weekends are included in our turnaround time. However, our customer support staff is available only Monday through Saturday. Inquiries sent on Sunday will receive a response on Monday.

The word count function in MS Word 2007 can be found under the Tools heading; in contrast, it can be found under the Review tab in MS Word 2010.
